Informer Group’s headquarters are based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The EU Innovation Center is located in Rijswijk, The Netherlands. Postal addresses are available also in Antwerp (BE), Munich (DE) and Vienna (AT).
No. Informer, Inpaygo and Invoiser can all be used perfectly as standalone solutions. However, integrating Inpaygo with either Informer or Invoiser will revolutionize the way you manage your finances.
Informer Group solutions are available in the following countries.

- Inpaygo: The Netherlands, Germany and Austria
- Invoiser: Belgium and Germany
All solutions can be viewed in English, Dutch, German and Spanish.
Nonprofit organizations with a locally certified PBO-status qualify for free Informer Group solutions. A proof of certification should be provided in the application form. Examples of approved PBO-statuses:
- ANBI in the Netherlands
- Stichting van Openbaar Nut in Belgium
- Gemeinnützige Verein/Stiftung in Germany
All Informer Group solutions operate in accordance with applicable EU regulations. Furthermore, all Informer and Invoiser data is hosted on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, making sure it never leaves the EU. Inpaygo is distributing the services provided by Swan, which holds an electronic money institution license authorized by the French regulator ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution). Your funds are safeguarded by BNP Paribas, via Swan.
